  • The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return process will be based on the purchase price of the product.
  • The purchase price of the product to be returned will be credited to the account on which the return process will be made.
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

  • We do not accept returns on products that directly contact private areas, such as underwear and bikinis.

Size & Colors

  • We do not accept product returns for preferences that depend on the purchaser's own decisions, such as size or color selection for other clothing products.
