It was soft and clean, and all the gold parts were protected. It took a long time because of the holiday season. Did you buy it cheap, cream rather than white? Ibori? It's a slightly mixed White.

It’s perfect
This is a really nice bag. Love that it’s a duplicate and pretty spot on. The color is exactly as shown in pic. It’s size 26 and has feet at the bottom. I will have to wear it in order to loosen the leather and get that slouch. Came with an addition longer strap and two twillies. Highly recommend.
