Very disappointing. Tried to contact resolution centre but never got any response.
Nice design shoulder bag but locking clip loose and detached. Will need to spend money on to have it fixed. Not very good experience and highly unprofessional.
One more thing. My email keeps bouncing back as undelivered. It’s a fake company that doesn’t support buyers platform.
